tell me again why i like my computer~

I. Deleted. My. Whole. Inbox.

Did you know if you click on delete really fast over and over, you get ahead of your computer and it keeps going like it has a mind of its own? Really.

So now I get to go through my trash folder and salvage all of my accidentally deleted emails.

So if you emailed me, and it seems like I'm ignoring you, I'm not. You're just lost in trash land.

Alas.

Dreadful. Just dreadful. :)

I was noticing the books on your nightstand. Nice collection. What prompted you to read "A Mom Just Like You" again? I took that book recommendation from you (on one of your "why we homeschool" posts) and LOVED IT. I am now reading three of MICHAEL Farris's books. I just finished "The Spiritual Power of a Mother: Encouragement for the Homeschooling Mom" It was great. My husband is reading "The Homeschooling Father". Thanks for the recommendation; we've begun a productive venture. :)

"How can it be a large career to tell other people’s children about arithmetic, and a small career to tell one’s own children about the universe? How can it be broad to be the same thing to everyone, and narrow to be everything to someone? No; a woman’s function is laborious, but because it is gigantic, not because it is minute. I will pity Mrs. Jones for the hugeness of her task; I will never pity her for its smallness." ~GK Chesterton
